Welcome to My Rugby Academy!

My Rugby Academy is a dedicated skills-focused rugby academy located in Hertfordshire. We specialise in offering small group skills sessions and engaging clinics specifically designed for children aged 8 years and upwards. We offer weekly and monthly sessions, alongside our Rugby Reload intensive one to one sessions.

Our training is carefully tailored to enhance essential key elements of the game, including but not limited to ball handling, tackling, passing, rucking, and breakdown techniques. Our comprehensive programmes are meticulously designed to cater to all skill levels, ensuring that each player, whether they are just beginning their rugby journey or are aspiring to excel at higher competitive levels, receives the personalised guidance needed to improve and develop in every critical aspect of the sport.
