Competition terms and conditions.

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the [My Rugby Academy Competition] (the "Competition"), which is hosted by My Rugby Academy ("we," "us," or "our"). By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • The Competition is open to UK residents only.

  • You must be 16 years or older to enter.

  • Employees of My Rugby Academy or any third-party partners associated with the Competition are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

  • To enter, you must complete the online entry form available on the My Rugby Academy website.

  • You must provide your full name, email address, and location (postcode) to be eligible.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Competition.

4. Competition Period

  • The Competition begins on 22 May 2025 and ends on 1 July 2025.

  • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

5. Prize

  • The prize consists of a complimentary session at one of My Rugby Academy's clinics, to be held in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire.

  • The winner must redeem their prize within the clinics taking place during our Summer 2025 programme. The session does not include any travel or accommodation costs.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be notified by email within 5 days after the competition closes.

  • If the winner does not respond to our notification within 5 days, the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

7. Winner Announcement

  • The name of the winner may be announced on our website and social media channels, unless the winner requests otherwise.

8. Use of Personal Data

By entering the competition, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal data will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner.

  • We will only send you marketing communications if you have opted in to receive them.

9. No Liability

  • My Rugby Academy is not responsible for any technical failures, errors, or issues that may prevent or disrupt your entry into the competition.

  • My Rugby Academy accepts no responsibility for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize.

10. Cancellation or Amendments

  • My Rugby Academy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition and these Terms without notice, should the need arise due to unforeseen circumstances.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and the Competition will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
